Mr. Gallone is an experienced trial attorney concentrating in personal injury law, product liability cases and medical malpractice. He is licensed to practice law in the state and federal courts of both Rhode Island and Massachusetts. For seven of his 22+ years as a civil litigator, he represented insurance companies doing insurance defense work and he takes this experience into his plaintiff practice. He has successfully representing hundreds of injured persons and their families.
Mr. Gallone earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Boston University and graduated from Suffolk Law School. In 1982 he was awarded a clerkship in the Providence Superior Court and later practiced in small and large law firms. He is a member of the Massachusetts and Rhode Island Bar Association and the American Trial Lawyers Association.
